Two Local Books to Celebrate the Historic Masonic Theatre’s Grand ReOpening

Both books will be available for purchase in the Historic Masonic Theatre Underground Cafe  at all Grand ReOpening Events.

The Masonic Theatre – A Treasure Restored, by Chuck Almarez (134 pages, softcover), $35 includes the book and a signed photograph of the completed Theatre. The book documents the progress of the 14 months tA Treasure Restoredhe Theatre has been undergoing restoration. Remembering the Masonic Theatre, by the What’s Your Story Committee (70 pages, softcover) $20.00

Description: The full-color book shares the stories of the Masonic Theatre from the late 1920’s to the present.  All of the twenty-seven people interviewed remember the Masonic as it was in their youth…and have dreams for its future.  Portraits of each storyteller–who range in age from eleven to ninety-eight–accompany each oral history.
