The Masonic Theatre Preservation Foundation Presents ‘SOMETHING WICKED’

Haunted Happening Scarily Scheduled for Fright-Filled Fifth Year. Written by Gayle Hillert.
“Something Wicked”, the haunted happening event that ghouls and goblins wait for all year long is back for its fifth year of horrors this Halloween. Something Wicked will take place in a frightfully decorated Clifton Forge High School, 760 Lowell Street, Clifton Forge, which allows for all types of horror, mayhem and eerily decorated hallways and byways.

For those brave enough to attend “Something Wicked” many surprises are being planned. The event will take place on Friday, October 21, and Saturday, October 22 from 7:00 to 11:00 pm, Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29 from 7:00 to 11:00 pm.
If you are brave enough to sample Something Wicked, be prepared to encounter two floors filled with fright. This year’s theme is “Harvest of the Dead” where evil has taken over a farm. Expect to see pumpkin monsters and evil scarecrows.
“Something Wicked’s” coordinator, Brittany Feazell, stated, “We have so many volunteers that pitch in and become scary monsters just for this event. We appreciate all the help we get especially from members of the Masonic Theatre Preservation Foundation, and young people from the Alleghany Highlands. All proceeds from “Something Wicked” go to the Historic Masonic Theatre, so all the volunteers spend four nights screaming and scaring, all for the good of the Masonic Theatre.” The Something Wicked cast has a dressing room named in their honor.14650149_1272759879421409_5923418735205804230_n
