Christmas Parade, Caroling, Cocoa & Classic Film

On Friday evening December 1st at 6:00 PM Clifton Forge Main Street, Inc. invites you to be a participant or a spectator in our 2017 Christmas Parade.

PARADE THEME-CANDY CANES AND CHRISTMAS CAROLS

As in past years, the parade will begin at the intersection of Ridgeway and Roxbury Streets and continue down Ridgeway Street through the historic district to the Clifton Forge Fire Station on D Street. Kara Caldwell, President of Clifton Forge Main Street, Inc. is very pleased to announce that trophies will be given in various categories to those who best exemplify the theme.

Come for the homespun charm of the Town of Clifton Forge Christmas Parade, organized by Clifton Forge Main Street, starting at 6:00 pm on Main Street.

 

After the parade join us in the auditorium for caroling, cocoa, and a screening of the classic animated film, How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, narrated by Boris Karloff. Sing along to some of your holiday favorites, music provided by the wonderful musicians of the Clifton Forge School of the Arts Brass Ensemble. Then sit back, relax and re-visit the Whos down in Whoville on our big screen.

Cocoa is Free, concessions will be available for purchase.

In the John E. Hillert Auditorium
